The logical model is part of a program evaluation for the German Private Health Insurance Association (PKV). It supports the development of a digital platform called DIFA, which enables providers to offer health promotion and prevention services (HPPS) online. The logical model helps program managers and staff to design, plan and communicate DIFA by identifying core components for positive outcomes, formulating relevant evaluation questions and selecting relevant metrics.
